The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and McNeil Consumer Healthcare have notified consumers about a voluntary recall of Tylenol Arthritis Pain Caplet 100-count bottles with the red EZ-OPEN-CAP.    The recall was issued after consumers reported an unusual moldy, musty, or mildew-like odor that was associated with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The odor was linked to the chemical 2,4,6-tribromoanisole, which is thought to be the breakdown of a chemical used to treat wooden pallets used to transport and store packaging materials.
