NEW INDICATION & DOSAGE
Initial therapy in patients who may need multidrug therapy to achieve their blood pressure goal—
Adults: Initially, 160/12.5 mg P.O. once daily. Increase in 1 to 2 weeks to a maximum dose of 320/25 mg P.O. once daily, as needed.
