NEW INDICATION & DOSAGE
Initial therapy in patients who are likely to need multiple antihypertensive agents to achieve blood pressure goals—
Adults younger than age 75: Initially, one 5/20-mg tablet P.O daily; may increase after 1 to 2 weeks to maximum of one 10/40-mg tablet P.O. daily as needed to control blood pressure.
